If you want to change the installer's code:

Press 006 to enter its programming location, then enter your new four digit installer code.
The system will automatically back out of location 006 after the fourth keypress.

Section 007 is the master code. It's factory set at 1234. The master code has full access to arm / disarm the system and add or change other people's user codes. Naturally, you don't want to leave this code at 1234. Decide what you want your master code to be and press 007 to enter the location, then enter the new four digit master code. The system will automatically exit location 007 after the fourth keypress.
